If you’re looking for your new favorite recipe that’s filled with bursting fresh summer fruit, not too sweet, and is completely delicious, this is it.

I learned this combination from one of my favorite pastry chefs, Joanne Chang, and I have incorporated everything I learned from her into my baking repertoire and I can’t rave any more about how amazing this pie is. So simple, and so divine! I tweaked her recipe slightly to make it my own, but I’m a firm believer in not messing with perfection.

I hope you enjoy this as much as I do…it’s my absolute favorite recipe!
